Are you interested in becoming a licensed electrician? An electrical trainee position with North Sound Communications & Electric is the perfect chance to earn a paycheck while learning a valuable trade. We seek an entry-level electrical trainee to work under a licensed electrician to learn the concepts and skills necessary to become a Journeyman Electrician—no experience or education is required.

  • Partnered with an experienced journeyman electrician for on-the-job training
  • Learn to work on all different types of projects – from new construction to commercial projects
  • Assist with the installation, repair, and testing of residential and commercial electrical systems
  • Be part of a great company culture
  • $18 - $25/hour (DOE)
  • Full-time or part-time position available

Looking For

  • Motivated individuals who want to learn the electrical trade
  • Able to physically perform the essential functions of the job
  • Willingness to learn electrical code and other safety requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and eye for detail
  • Strong customer service skills and work ethic
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the warehouse
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Background check required
